Last week, we visited Hong Kong with our partner Lamsturn to review and execute our first export project in the region. As the global export partner, UMZIKIM oversaw the coordination, delivery, and on-site installation, ensuring the product was fully optimized within a real kitchen environment.
The project was delivered to @noihongkong (NOI by Paulo Airaudo), located on Level 5 of the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong in Central. Led by Chef Paulo Airaudo (@paulo_airaudo), NOI is a two-Michelin-starred contemporary Italian omakase restaurant and one of the most dynamic kitchens in Hong Kong’s fine dining scene.
This collaboration is the result of long-term communication and precise alignment with the client. From logistics to on-site setup, the project required a high level of coordination to meet the performance standards of a professional kitchen. Being present on-site allowed us to validate product performance and gather direct operational feedback for further refinement.
We also had the opportunity to meet Head Chef Luigi Troiano (@troianoluigi82100), exchanging insights on real kitchen workflows and discussing future development possibilities.
With an additional project underway in Spain centered around @restaurantamelia, this marks the beginning of a broader international expansion.
